This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads no content from third-party servers: fonts, images and the video are hosted on our own server. That is why there is no cookie banner. We only process personal data when you write to us or call us, apply, or when your browser requests this page (technically necessary server logs).

Visiting the website and hosting

The website is operated by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Inh. René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit the site, the server processes technically necessary information transmitted by your browser — for example IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system — and records it in log files.

This serves the secure and trouble-free operation of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not combine this information with other data and do not analyse it for advertising purposes. The connection is encrypted (https).

Contact via form, email or phone

If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the information you provide — in the form your request, first and last name, email address, your phone number if you wish, and your message — in order to answer your enquiry. The message from the form is sent by email to our mailbox.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry is aimed at an assignment or a placement, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering it under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the information as soon as it is no longer needed for processing your enquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Applications and placement

If you apply to us or would like us to place you in a position, we process the data you give us for this purpose. This may include in particular:

• contact information (e.g. name, address, email address, phone number)
• career history and educational background, projects, language skills and other job-related skills
• information from your CV and references as well as your professional interests and what you are looking for in a position
• where necessary for the position and legally permitted: date of birth, nationality and work permit status

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (carrying out the placement at your request) and, where we ask you for it, your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. We only process special categories of data (e.g. health information) if you expressly provide them to us and consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). We only pass your profile on to companies if you agree.

Job offers via Onyx

For job offers we refer to the partner platform Onyx. Only when you click the link there do you move to the provider's website; whatever you enter there is processed by Onyx in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Links to LinkedIn, Instagram and Xing

The icons are simple links, not embedded plugins. No data is transmitted to these networks when you visit this website. Only when you click a link do you reach the respective provider; its privacy policy applies there.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You may object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). A short message to the email address above is sufficient.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (Bavarian Data Protection Authority), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
